The 72” x 72” deck is optimized to take 6 to 9 stacks of 7 or 8 tires each, depending on the tire diameter. For tires 16” and under, 9 stacks can be stored per pallet and for tires 17” and over, 6 stacks per pallet. Your employees will handle an average of 60 tires per rack, at times 2 racks at a time (stacked) for a total of 120 tires per trip, in addition to storing more than 8 tires per square foot. As a result, this rack model is one of the most economical tire handling systems.This versatile modular warehousing solution is becoming popular because it can hold more tires. The standard wire mesh decking and the fork guides meet many warehouse safety and handling requirements.
